Member’s Terms
By becoming a member of the Dennery Business Alliance, you agree to uphold the values, mission, and standards of the organization while contributing positively to the growth and development of the Dennery business community. Membership is open to individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses who are committed to operating with integrity, professionalism, and respect. All applicants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, and members are responsible for ensuring their details remain current to facilitate effective communication, participation in programs, and access to opportunities offered by the Alliance.
Membership is granted on an annual basis and is activated upon full payment of the applicable membership fee. These fees are essential to supporting the operations, initiatives, and services of the Dennery Business Alliance, including business development programs, community events, and access to resources. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the Alliance. Members are responsible for renewing their membership prior to expiration to maintain uninterrupted access to benefits. Failure to renew may result in suspension of access to services, programs, and member-exclusive opportunities until the account is brought up to date.
Members are entitled to a range of benefits designed to support business growth and collaboration, including networking opportunities, access to the Enterprise Support Network, guidance through the Funding & Grant Access Center, and participation in the Market Access Platform. Additional services, workshops, or specialized programs may be offered periodically and may carry separate eligibility criteria or associated costs. While the Alliance is committed to delivering value, it does not guarantee specific outcomes such as funding approval, business growth, or market success, as these depend on individual effort, market conditions, and external factors.
All members are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Dennery Business Alliance and the wider community. This includes engaging respectfully with other members, partners, and stakeholders, and adhering to ethical business practices at all times. Any conduct deemed harmful, abusive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or damaging to the reputation or operations of the Alliance may result in disciplinary action. The Alliance reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases where behavior violates these standards or undermines the integrity of the organization.
Members are encouraged to actively participate in Alliance activities, contribute to collaborative initiatives, and support fellow members to foster a strong and unified business environment. The Dennery Business Alliance serves as a platform for connection and growth, and its effectiveness depends on the collective engagement of its members. While the Alliance facilitates opportunities, it is the responsibility of each member to take initiative, follow through on opportunities presented, and utilize available resources effectively.
The Dennery Business Alliance reserves the right to update, modify, or revise membership terms, fees, benefits, and services at any time to reflect evolving needs and priorities. Members will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner. Continued membership following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The Alliance also reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion if it is determined that an individual or business does not align with its values or objectives.
The Dennery Business Alliance is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that may arise from participation in its programs, services, events, or partnerships. While every effort is made to provide accurate information, valuable resources, and meaningful opportunities, members are solely responsible for their business decisions, financial commitments, and outcomes. By maintaining membership, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to engage with the Alliance in good faith, contributing to a collaborative, respectful, and growth-oriented business community in Dennery.
